On October 28, 2020, I was diagnosed with COVID-19.
Seeing the words POSITIVE on my test result was mind boggling and such a scary moment for me. All I thought about was how am I going to work through this and how am I going to get better.
Although I am not a doctor, I can say that doing these 5 things everyday helped my mental health, immune system, and recovery process through COVID.
